All Rainbows Registered Directors who have been previously trained must adhere to our Certification Renewal Policy and attend an Enrichment Conference at least once every three years.

Continuing education is important to our Registered Directors and to our organization. Rainbows holds liability insurance coverage for all its volunteers and part of that coverage requires each Registered Director to be updated with information on new policies, procedures, changes and revisions. Attendance assures accountability and quality management for all levels of the organization.
